The Technics of Breathing

At first Picture, we breathe in in 4 seconds, during the breathing our shoulder rises.
We hold the breath 4 seconds.
In last 4 seconds, after breathing out, again we wait 4 seconds and we turn back to the first step.

Gradually in 4 stages, while breathing in our shoulders also raise.
After completing the stages, we hold our breath 4 seconds, our shoulder remains in the same situation. We breathe out quickly by blowing out.

This action can be made both with right hand and left hand.
While upholding our hands, we breathe in. While our palm is looking across, we wait 4 seconds.
We breathe out, while winding down our hand.

Making the previous action with two hands.
We breathe in while upholding our hands. We wait 4 seconds while our palms are looking cross.
We breathe out, while winding down our hands.
While upholding our hands, breathe in.
When hands uphold, we wait 4 seconds.
We breathe out, while winding down our hands.
