While Oil Trusts of USA was exploring Oil in Caspian Basin by the means of Satellite, it was found the Oil images in Kure mountains. Athough it was seen in satellite images, “ the story” of oil exploration returned to a complex ball.

Most of us often hear that “We have Oil, but foreign powers do no allow us to extract it.” This is a claim which tampers with the mind completely in many dimensions. While the chronic strife which keeps going on between the ones who claim it is available Oil in Turkey and the ones who claim it is not available Oil in Turkey, this time there is a development which supports the thesis with satellites of the ones “ who claims the Oil is available”. In recent days,  we have got another controversial Oil field.

It was found out that it was available large volumed Oil under the Kure mountains in Kastamonu, at least the satellite images show this. The one which makes this discovery is Amaco Company, American Trust which explores the Oil in Caspian Basin with satellites. In the photographs, it is seen that the area extending from Bartin to Tosya has got rich Oil reservoirs.

Indeed, the claim that Oil is available in Kure mountains and exploration Works are not new; in 1950’s, Americans came to the region of Bollidag in the mountain ranges of Kure and made explorations. They drilled wells in different 11 places, afterward they sealed the wells and went by saying “ It could not be found Oil here”.

The area, which is told that there is Oil in the satellite images, extends in the direction of Bartin, Daday, Hanonu, Azdavay, Agli, Tosya. Especially Alipasa Village of Daday Karadere and Boyalilar Regions which are connected to the center are the regions which the claims for Oil are concentrated on.

How were The Satellite Photos found?

The satellite photos, which were taken in 1997, are understood certainly not to be delivered to Turkey or not wanted to be delivered, either. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Maranki obtained the photos almost coincidentally. Maranki, who is actually from Kastamonu, reached the photos, which American satellites took, by the means of one of his Azerbeijani scientist associate when he had been on the duty in Azarbaijan. Maranki, who follows the International Energy Congress on behalf of UN in Azarbaijan in 1997, tells that Turkey is seen almost to float on the Oil of Sea, when it is taken into consideration of the things which were told and the satellite images which were showed in the closed- door meeting.

When Maranki went to Kastamonu where was his homeland, he came across to interesting facts:

“According to the villagers told, something with colored yellow was gushing out from the Oil wells which Americans drilled in 1950.  Later, they filled the wells with Stones and closed the wells by pouring concrete on them immediately. They told to the villagers around‘ You have been on the sea of Oil.’  In satellite discoveries, it was detected that it was found Selenium in addition to the Oil in 1850 m in Ilgaz mountains around the region. I personally went there saw that the Oil was gushing out from the ground in the slopes of Ballidag in Karadere region of Tosya. Oil is available, but it is not extracted.”

The another name which deals with the issue is Mehmet Yildirim, who is CHP Deputy of Kastamonu. Yildirim who says, “ After the flurry in Parliament pass, i am so decisive that i will submit a motion in reference with the Oil in Kure mountains, Meanwhile he communicated to “ The Chamber of Petroleum Engineers”. They will declare the result of the research to the Public Opinion with a corporated Press Meeting in next days, which Mete Topguder ordered to be made, who is the chairman of the Chamber.  

Maranki and Yildirim went to the region and saw the wells which were drilled, they talked to the people of the region. 11 units Drilling Works were be able to be detected, which Americans made in cooperation with TPAO in 1958.  All of these 11 wells were closed with concrete. Yildirim says, “ In that period, the ones who drilled the wells were said to tell the local people of the region “ You got rich”. The people saw personally that the Oil was gushing out of the wells. The issue why the wells, which the Oil gushes out, are closed and sealed, is hidden in the chains of reasons ranging from “being surrounded”, to “ unawareness” due to the remarks of Yildirim.
 
“We Brought it For the Purpose of Making Asphalt, But it Completely Burned.”

There are many memories and observations of the people of the region concerning that it is available Oil and its derivatives in the mountain ranges of Kure.

Hasan Misirli, who is retired policeman from Tosya, believes that there is available Oil in the region. Misirli, who says that the burning material flowing along the riverbed in Karadere village attracted their attentions in 1970 and that the Mayor of that time approved him in order for deriving benefit from this, continues to say as follow: “ We wanted to use this material as bitumen to coat on the road, which flew along the riverbed. We shipped it and brought here. We burned it tentatively. It completely burned until it does not remain anything behind it. We got very suprised. We attempted to make our voice heard to the officials, but we could not achieve to do this. This material should have been examined, but it was not done.”
 
There is Not Only Oil….

The wealthness which the mountain ranges of Kure consist, is not limited only with Oil. Prof. Dr. Maranki emphasizes that the signs are seen which are mercury with strong possibility, in addition to the Oil in Cide Mountains in satellite  images, also he emphasizes that it is available gold, manganese and lignite in the route of Agli – Azdavay- Daday-Tosya- Kursunlu, that these increase the value of the region.


Yildirim also mentions that there are another mines in the region: “ The richest Cobalt reservoirs of the world are available in Kure mountains. Gold and Cobalt Ores are extracted out of copper ores, but we sell the copper ore at giveaway price, although it contains raw cobalt and gold.”
 
TPAO: “Our budget is limited, we can not make exploration.”

TPAO, which we asked their opinions referring to the issue, emphasizes that they drilled 8 wells in the regions of Boyabat, Soguksu, Ekinveren, but they could not make an economic exploration in none of these, only in one well the gas was found.
The authorities say, “ the exploration budget of TPAO was declined from 10 to 1.  This prevents us from drilling wells in the adequate amounts and in the areas which we desire. With this budget, we can make only very limited explorations. At the moment, there is not a work belonging to the establishment in Kure. Now, we make Oil exploration with Madison Company in the Sea area of Black Sea. We are very hopeful about Black Sea.”  

Necdet Pamir, who is one of the most talented Oil engineers in Turkey, says that he discovered Oil leak in the regions of Ekinveren, Soguksu, Boyabat of TPAO, “ If leakage is available, Oil is certainly available as well.”  
 

The Thing Which Happened to Ottomans Feared Turkey

When we look backward of Oil exploration- Extraction activities in Turkey, an interesting withdrawal quickly attracts the attention in addition to some circumstances which can be called as hidden intent. In early years of Republic, it is seen many Oil Exploration/ Extraction Permissions were pushed off which had been given especially to foreigners before. Furthermore, it was not available an institution relevant to Oil until 1940’s.

In 1921, American Rasein Company applied to explore Oil in Anatolia, Parliament decided to enact law in the direction that it would not be accepted the application without signing the contract for Peace. On 3 November 1922, the Parliament enacted the law concerning that the “Permission for Exploration of Oil, naptha and gas would would not be given to anybody.”

The exploration, permission which is given to French Emile Mayen in the counties of Besparmak and Gurgun in Van city, the exploration permission in the village of Sinop -Ekinveren, operating concession which is given to Mehmet Bahri in Kozluca-Manisa, exploration licence for pitch and naptha which is given to Ahmet Sakir Efendi in Mardin-Midyat… These and many other permits of Oil exploration-extraction were terminated in 1924. In the next year in 1925, the Oil exploration- Extraction licences were revoked, which were given especially to foreigners in many countries such as Sinop-Ekinveran, Gelibolu- Golcuk, Eksamil, Gonoz, Murselli, Tekirdag- Balatnoz River, Van- Haresik, Amik.  

This “reflex” behaviour of Young Republic is sourced that he knows very well what happened to Ottoman Empire because of Oil and how the wealthness of this State was plundered by the Westerners Before. However, the situation starts to change when Turkey can not find Oil even to put in motors in fighting against the locusts. The government decides to be purchased Oil  with “bargain” in order to put in motors in fighting against the locusts which invade Urfa and Mardin. In 1927, all of the detection of Oil reservoirs and operating rights are given to Is Bank.
 
Who Hides Our Oil?

It is difficult to find another matter which is discussed so much, concerning if it is available Oil or not. The ones who claim that it is available Oil and the ones who claim that it is not available Oil have got reasonable justifications due to their own logics. While the ones, who claim that it is not available Oil, move due to the fact that it could not be gotten a result from 1000 wells which have been drilled until today also they add some scientific explanations for this and strengthen the front. On the other hand, the ones who claim it is available Oil show the events which the people in the exploration area witnessed, also the articles which were written in abroad and the results of foreign researches.

If it is true that we float on the Sea of Oil, why the Oil is retended in the ground of our country, which is “permitted” to be extracted in other countries?  In more than 1000 wells,  which we have drilled in order for exploring Oil since 1930’s, wasn’t it found any Oil just except for Raman and a few small volumed wells? Why does the Oil, which is explored but can not found, gush out from the ground spontaneously in the other part of the boundary? If it was not found the Oil, were the exploration areas around 1080 chosen randomly? Who prevents that Turkey could include the wealthness of Oil to its economic and strategic power?

The Relation Between Masons and Oil

When it is understood that it was available Oil in Kastamonu with satellite images, American Ambassador of that period Marc Grossman performed an interesting travel to the region in 1997. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Maranki tells the details of the travel as follow:
Grossman realized this travel alongside with Necdet Egeran who is Grand master free mason and who has made top-level tasks in the institutions referring to the Oil in Turkey for long years.

It is very significant that the travel comes to coincide to the time when the satellites make explorations in Kure. Ambassador who goes around Taskopru and Kure answered the questions of journalists as follow: “ I came here to eat bread with of Kastamonu and garlic of Taskopru.”  Grossman has got a lodge connection to Egeran, both of them are registered to the same Mason lodge.
Enver Necdet Egeran, who was registered to the Knowledge Lodge connected to Scottish Rite, have administrated Turkey free Masonry as the Grand master which is the top degree of free masonry for a long time. How much the free masonry is important, Oil is also very important in the life of Egeran.

Egeran operated the management of Geology Branch Office of MTA between 1940 and 1951, after Petroleum Office in MTA was set up in 1951, he became the Branch manager of Petroleum Office. He was the chief assistant in Petroleum Office between 1953 and 1956. Later, Egeran was charged as Turkey manager of Mobil which was Oil Giant in 1956, he remained in Office until 1968.
Egeran has got an important place in the Oil History of Turkey, which draws the attentions. Egeran has got the most important role in enacting the Oil law which permits the foreign companies to explore Oil in Turkey. The interesting point is that the drilling the wells by Mobil in our country and that the closing them with concrete because of the reason that it was not found Oil, coincides to the dates which Egeran was at the top of Mobil. These are the wells which concerned people of the region are personally still telling to their grandsons like as “ We saw the Oil with our eyes and witnessed the Oil was gushing out.”


Very outstanding informations are given about Egeran in the magazine named  “Sakul Gibi”, which masons published secretly and specially for their own members in Turkey. Egeran, who was registered in “Tekris” Lodge in 1949, became foreman on May 1950, then he became master in October in the same year. Afterward, he set up “Knowledge” lodge, he was selected esteemed Master in 1955, Grand secretary in Big Lodge of Turkey in 1958, Grand master on 2 May 1965.


It is mentioned Egeran and his activities in some official reports. This mentioning does not contain usual expressions. Let us read some paragraphs together: “… All of the foreign companies which explore Oil in our country belong to Jewish people, after the acceptance of the Law which permits to be explored Oil in Turkey. As it is seen, Egeran has got the feature of being the most active free mason of Turkey, in the period when the Jews, who made Oil explorations, played tricks very much. It was not a coincidence that he was the person who was the general manager of Mobil closing the Oil wells with concrete in the same dates. The reason of that Turkey has been dependant on the outside on Oil for years and that it could not get the chance of being one of the counted countries of Middle East which produce Oil, is due to that the Oil wells are closed for the purpose of using in the future. Egeran and Turkish masons who have made their tasks at the key points referring Oil reservoirs in Turkey since 1950, made a historical service for the ideals of Sionism.

Masons, who have been in the activities in reference with the Oil  in Turkey, are not limited with Egeran. Lots of masons who are registered to different lodges, make tasks at the peak of the establishments relevant to the Oil. There are masons who have made tasks in various establishments relevant to the Oil for years.

Mehmet Yildirim, who is CHP Deputy of Kastamonu says: “ As it is understood, Turkey is under the “ Surrounding” and goes on: “We will break through this surrounding and get rid of this. We need to provide national agreement in order to break through the surrounding without making any discrimination between AKP and CHP in the Parliament. We have rich underground mines, but we can not use them. Is there another country like us in the world?”

Turkey needs Oil for a strong economy. Is it really available Oil and isn’t it extracted or is it a “dry” land which is left to us from Ottomans, it is not clear yet, but there is not any reason for us for not being the rich of Oil if we increase the appropriations of Oil Exploration establishments, deal with the wells again and primarily which were closed in the past, increase the numbers of the wells which were drilled annually from a few dozen up to a few thousand. In this  point, Ahmet Maranki states a determination which Soviet Cosmic Strategic Research Center made in the period of SSCB  as follow:  “ Oil reservoirs which have been in Iran and Iraq are shifted significantly towards Turkey every year.
