· Please close your eyes and imagine a color. So you can charge energy on you. You take breathe and breathe out, then breathe in the color and send it to the energy points of your body. Keep the color there and charge energy on that point, think yourself being under the therapy. In this way, if you say “ I got healed”, you will see you would get well.
