Like as the contemporary science agree on, initially cosmic bioenergy affect the capability of permittivity of the ions at the level of outer membrane of the cells. In consequence of the importance of this issue, a long term study was started in S.S.C.B in order to save the world from the said dangers concerning the year of 2000 and with the purpose of having the superior technology of this century and a Center, which was established in Caucasia with the beneficiary gained from the energy in cosmos and started to operate on. 

In refer to this issue,  private or legal voluntary corporations are in attempt to introduce their scientific and methodic studies to the wolrd as “Azerbaijan- Turkey Scientists and Inventors.” Lots of scientists have worked in this center and they have been still worked in this center. Various kind of products with high cosmic bioenergy can be produced in this center and it can designated the limits of the parameters of the products charged with energy and the parameters of the ‘capability of transferring the energy to far distances’.
