Our Advices for Exercise
Exercise is very important in the view of weight control, getting stronger and good circulation system in the body. Before applying the exercise methods, we advise you to measure the circumference of your belt and to take photos of your body lines. Because in further stages, the tightening and changings can happen in your body lines, even if obvious changings may not appear in your weight being on the screen of the scale.
( Ideal belt measure is 82 cm and below for women, it is 88,5 cm for men. 1,5 cm overmeasure in belt means half a pound fat.)

- Follow the aerobic exercises, for example jogging, swimming, riding a bicycle, etc..
- While swimming, if you tighten your leg muscles and abdomen, you can increase the effect on these parts of your body.
- Breath exercises provides much more oxygen to your body, besides they help your metabolism to boost.
- By the means of the applications such as yawning, balance postures, yoga, tai chi, pilates, which develop resistance against the gravity, you can develop your central muscle system. (Upper body, abdomen,legs)
In an age which the technology nails us on the chairs, You dont lose anything by going to the grocer next to only 1 station on foot instead of going there by car, by using the stairs while going to your flat at 3 rd floor, in contrast to this, you have got a very active life style.
With the condition of not being very heavy, in place of your home you can provide a “dumbbell set” or more practically “ elastic band”, also work on the exercises such lifting weights and providing resistance.

No matter what reasons such as better looking, business, entertainment, competition or health you go on a diet, it has not been found the easy way of losing weight or remaining slim yet. It is not possible of you to save your ideal weight by eating or drinking whatever you wish.
