In this application, during the initial 10 minutes first the breath is taken from the right nostril and it is expired from the left nostril. During the last ten minutes, the breath is taken from the left nostril, it is expired from the right nostril.
After the hour of 22:00, one goes to bed immediately
First you should lie on your left side, after 15 minutes later please lie on your right side and in this position you are advised to sleep.
The reactions such as nausea and vomiting are likely to be sourced from the problems in your stomach, gallbladder, gas and disorderly working of the intestines.
