In A.D 414, Dr. Kombu from Korea brought this tonic in Japan to treat the Inkyo, the Emperor of Japan and it was named as Kombucha hereafter.

As from the third week, you can start drinking before supper. (morning+afternoon+evening)
To get familiarized with its taste, there is no inconvenience to drink it by mixing into an amount of fresh-squeezed fruit juice. Besides there is no specific age limit for the consumption of Kombucha.
